Dr. Matthew Cowan is the founder of Lighthouse Counseling. He earned his Master of Arts in Biblical Counseling from Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary in 2022, became certified through the Association of Biblical Counselors in 2023, and completed his Doctor of Ministry in Biblical Counseling at Southeastern in 2025. Matthew is dedicated to compassionate, relational care that helps people connect the truths of God’s Word to everyday life.
