Equipping That Respects Its Role

Workshops provide biblical education, discipleship, pastoral-care training, and general ministry equipping. They are not individualized medical, psychiatric, emergency, or state-licensed mental-health treatment. Lay-care training does not make participants professional counselors. Complex, high-risk, or out-of-scope concerns should be referred appropriately.
